We aim to ring you back the same day during working hours, and we can usually be out to look at the roof within a day or two. If water is coming in, say so when you get in touch and we will get to you sooner.
It covers our workmanship. If something fails because of the way we fitted it, we come back and put it right at no cost to you. Tiles, membranes and other materials carry their own manufacturer warranties on top of that.
